Ben Perkins is a partner in the Litigation section of the firm. Mr. Perkins, who holds a preeminent AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal and county liability, zoning and land use litigation, professional negligence, business and employment litigation, products liability and personal injury. Prior to joining Oliver Maner in 2006, Mr. Perkins worked with a civil litigation firm in Atlanta.
