Patricia T. Paul is a partner with a practice emphasizing employment and federal discrimination law, Georgia workers’ compensation law representing both employees and employers, municipal and county defense and appellate practice. She represents individuals, governments, and businesses.



Ms. Paul received her B.B.A. with General Honors in 1982 from the University of Georgia, with a major in International Business. She received her Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of Georgia School of Law.  She clerked for The Honorable Perry Brannen, Jr. Judge of the Superior Court of the Eastern Judicial Circuit of Georgia.  She has been an attorney with Oliver Maner LLP since 1988, and a partner since 1993.



Ms. Paul served as 2017 President of the Southern District of Georgia Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She has served on the Nominations and Elections Committee of the Federal Bar Association, as well as the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Resolutions Committee. She is a Fellow of the Federal Bar Association and American Bar Association.



In 2019 Ms. Paul passed the Level I Chartered Financial Analyst exam administered by the CFA Institute.



Ms. Paul is past President of the Savannah Children’s Theatre, Inc. and the Savannah Jaycees.  She has been co-chair of the Attorneys’ Division of the local United Way campaign. She is a graduate of Leadership Savannah.  She is listed in Best Lawyers in America in the categories of workers’ compensation – employers and employment law - individuals.  She has been named by Georgia Trend to its Legal Elite in labor and employment.  She is listed with Super Lawyers in the area of employment litigation: defense.
