William (Bill) J. Hunter, Partner, focuses exclusively in the areas of trial work and litigation. Mr. Hunter maintains the highest, preeminent AV® rating for legal ability and ethics from Martindale Hubbell, the most respected legal rating agency in the country. Over the past several years, he has successfully represented plaintiffs who were severely injured or killed in cases against product manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, trucking companies and large industrial or construction companies. Many of these cases involved explosions or other complicated mechanism of injury, including the catastrophic failure of equipment. Mr. Hunter also regularly defends physicians in Savannah and across south Georgia who are sued for medical malpractice.
