William C. Phillips is an associate in Oliver Maner’s litigation department. A native of Savannah, Will graduated from Benedictine Military School before attending the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude from the Terry College of Business in 2017 with a B.B.A. in Finance. He earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2020, where he served on the Honor Court as a member of the Hearing Panel. While in law school, Will earned the Carl E. Sanders Scholarship and was a member of the 2018-2020 editions of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, where he served on the editorial review board and as an Articles and Notes Editor. He was also Vice President and Secretary of the Federalist Society. During his time in law school, Will was involved in the Student Bar Association, serving as Intramural Sports Chair.
