During law school, he also worked as a Government Affairs Consultant with Freeman Mathis Decisions, representing clients at the Georgia State Capitol.

Andrew graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2026. During law school, he served as Vice President for Appellate Advocacy of the Moot Court Team and competed in the International Trademark Association Moot Court Competition. He also served as President of the College of Law's Federalist Society chapter.

Andrew graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2021 with bachelor's degrees in Political Science and International Affairs. As an undergraduate, he was actively involved in student leadership, serving three years on the University Judiciary as an Advisor/Advocate and four years in the Student Government Association, including as a Senator, Chair of the Budget and Athletics Committee and Director of Government Relations. He also gained political campaign experience through work with a U.S. congressional campaign and the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Originally from Cumming, Georgia, Andrew brings his experience in public policy, government relations and legal advocacy to his practice at Oliver Maner.
