J. Ryan Beasley is a partner in the Tax and Corporate department of the firm. His primary areas of practice are business and tax law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Beasley is able to assist closely held businesses including physicians’ practices in succession planning and general corporate matters. These matters include the formation and capitalization of business entities, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, employment matters and contract drafting and negotiation.
