Emily is an attorney in the firm's civil litigation practice. She represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily served as a judicial law clerk to a Justice of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. During law school, she clerked for Judge Phillip Shepherd of Kentucky's Franklin Circuit Court, where she worked on administrative, regulatory, and constitutional matters involving issues of statewide significance. She also served as a law clerk for the Kentucky Executive Branch Ethics Commission.

Emily graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She served as a Staff Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal, published legal scholarship, and represented clients as a Certified Legal Intern through the College of Law's Legal Clinic. Emily also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating on behalf of children involved in abuse, neglect, and dependency proceedings.

Emily is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and Georgia. A lifelong Kentuckian before relocating to the Georgia coast, she is excited to build her practice in Savannah and to become part of a community she has admired for many years.
