Bryan A. Schivera
Bryan A. Schivera is a partner in the Tax and Corporate department of the firm. His primary areas of practice are business and tax law, estate planning, estate administration and probate, and estate and fiduciary litigation. Mr. Schivera was selected as a Rising Star in the area of Closely Held Business for 2018 through 2022, and as one of the state’s top lawyers under 40 by the Daily Report. In his representation of closely held businesses, Mr. Schivera is able to assist family-owned businesses in succession planning and general corporate matters. These matters include the formation and capitalization of business entities, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and contract drafting and negotiation. Mr. Schivera has served as a guest lecturer at the University Georgia School of Law on the topic of representing the Georgia Ports Authority along with Paul Threlkeld, the outside general counsel.
