Benjamin B. Johnson is an associate in Oliver Maner’s litigation department. Ben’s primary areas of practice include municipal and county liability defense, business litigation and personal injury. Before joining Oliver Maner, Ben worked as a summer associate with the firm, and interned with Judge Todd Markle of the Court of Appeals of Georgia. 

Ben earned his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2021. Prior to law school, Ben attended Georgia College, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science.

Ben is a native of Savannah and an active member of the Independent Presbyterian Church.
