During law school, Missy worked for the Honorable William T. Ailor, who now serves in the Knox County Circuit Court Division II, Sixth Judicial District of Tennessee, while he was in private practice.  Judge Ailor taught Missy the importance of integrity and community.  As a second-generation solo-practitioner representing the good People of East Tennessee, Judge Ailor inherited his father’s clients, and allowed a few to pay for services with a basket homegrown vegetables when times were hard.
