Gracie Shepherd is an associate in the litigation section of the firm, but also regularly represents clients in complex transactions that may have tax and regulatory implications. The majority of her practice focuses on trust, estate and fiduciary matters, business litigation, and professional liability litigation. She has represented individuals and businesses in litigation involving breach of contract, employment agreements, trade secrets, and fiduciary duties, and also works with individuals and businesses who are facing the challenges of the ever-changing tax and regulatory landscape, in such contexts as estate and gift planning, federal and state securities regulation, and the sale of small and medium-sized businesses and closely-held corporations. She has also assisted businesses and individuals with the process of filing federal trademark applications.
